These terms cover this website and the $450 one-hour meeting sold by Lange Tech Collective. The owner is Yasha Lange in Kansas City, Kansas. This is not a software license. You do not get a login on this site.
The $450 hour
You pay $450 for one hour on a video call. You get that hour and written notes about how work moves in your shop and where it gets stuck. This is not legal advice, tax advice, or hiring advice. The hour does not include building anything new unless we agree to that in a separate price.
Your time is held when the $450 PayPal payment goes through. If you need a new time, use the link in the Google confirmation email. If you miss the call and do not tell me first, I do not refund the $450. If I have to cancel, you get a full refund or a new time.
What you share
You are responsible for what you type in the booking form and what you say on the call. Do not send passwords by email. You keep every login to your own software.
This website
This site explains the offer. I may change the offer, the price, or these terms. The page you see when you book is the offer that applies to that booking.
This site is not the same as langecontracting.com. Contracting work has its own terms.
If something goes wrong
The hour and any later setup are professional services for a small business. I am not responsible for lost money, lost files, or results that depend on how you or your people use the notes. Kansas law applies. If we ever have to go to court, it would be in Kansas City, Kansas.
